How to Book a One-to-One coaching Day-

You will then recieve an email asking your requirements for the day , whether you are looking for Downhill coaching at Descend or Enduro/Trail coaching around the Red/Black at Hamsterley.

This course aims to help you get better at taking drops, jumps and feeling more confident carrying speed through these features and getting air. Starting with work on body positioning and bike skills, we'll look at technique for both jumps and drop offs in isolation along with some work on cornering.
We'll start with rollable drops and more progressively up, using the 4X and DH tracks. Suitable bikes- 150mm+ bikes to DH bikes. Full Face Helmet required. (Available from Descend Bikepark to hire). Skill Level- DH Beginner/Intermediate - You’ve ridden DH tracks before and are happy to try jumps/drops but sometimes avoid them – or try and squash them/keep low as it seems easier/safer. Start/Finish Time - 9.30am-3.30 with a short break for lunch around 12.30.
Please bring £5 for Descend Bikepark pass.
